But...Italianni's people did not know about Enjoy nor the voucher, was passed to 3 different persons.Presented voucher before ordering, finally got go signal that they will honor the voucherOrdered pasta and pizza. Pasta was overcooked, soggy.Got the bill, gave the voucher. Waiter asking if I wanted another pasta or pizza. ????? Said that freebie of the voucher is another pizza or pasta.I said no. Pasta is the lesser-priced dish, so I will just pay for the pizza and use the voucher. They did not understand the voucher and how to use it.Took some time, but they finally honored it.Location: Trinoma

miladay: location: Eastwood Mall. I used my card and voucher for the first time in Italianis. Just to be sure, I presented the enjoy card before the waitress asked for our order. It took sometime before the waitress went back to us because she had to inquire the matter with her supervisor. After about 5 minutes, she came back and said that they do honor the card/voucher. We ordered the sicillian salad, a pasta dish and porkchop (the free meal we chose). The pasta was a bit salty according to my sister but I think it was just fine. We loved the salad though ? I commend the waitress because shes very attentive and would attend to our requests immediately. There was a minor glitch with the bill maybe because a different person gave it (not the same waitress who attended to us earlier) and it took another 5 minutes before the corrected bill was handed over to us. We only paid 1,080 instead of 1,500. The location of Italianis in Eastwood is a bit cramped but I think theyre transferring to a new location.

ecocollector: We ordered the Wild Mushroom with sausage Pizza and availed of the Buy One Get One free main course of equal value or lesser value, It was so nice that we enjoyed the food very much. We were all full after the first pizza and so for the second pizza (the free one) we wrapped it up and took it away with us! We also enjoyed the Calamari which we found very tasty and yummy, we had 2 orders of it! I do hope we get to see more of the Enjoy card promos....Join now and more power to the ones who thought of this idea!

psychogoddess: Service was kinda slow when we went there. It seemed like they didn't have enough staff to accommodate all the customers. Still love the food but will probably go to another branch.Enjoy voucher's excellent. We got to take home our free main course.

kcr101: I presented the Enjoy voucher to the staff / waitress upon entering and she quickly acknowledged it. Odered Pasta and Pizz both almost equal in value, (forgot the name of the dish) and both were excellent in preparation. I paid for the more expensive dish and saved 50 of the bill, except for the drinks.My experience with the Bonifacio High Street branch was absolutely worth trying again. I'll definitely go back here to use the card.

bent_33: I really like the buy one take one voucher! I just ordered one pasta(seafood Cioppino) and for the free meal I choose Seafood risotto which is higher the amount of the food that I ordered! I wish I can have more voucher!

earl_rx: Food was great, presentation was excellent and the service people were courteous. Got the grilled pepper fish fillet for free with the chops my companion ordered.

sheband2004: We ate at Italiani's Mall of Asia for lunch. The first thing you notice about the place is that its hot. Either, the exhaust is poor , or the A/C is not strong enough. You will find people fanning themselves while waiting for the food. In any case, the servers were familiar with the Enjoy voucher. We only had a slight recomputation towards the end in deciding which value should be used as the discount. Since we ordered at least 5 dishes, the cashier used the lowest among the dishes as the discount. We talked to our server and showed them the correct amount to use. They were quick to change the bill and it was ok in the end. As always, Italianni's salads are a "triumph". I think its their sauce and fresh veggies that made it a winner. We also ordered different pasta dishes and I ordered some new fish course they had. I matched my order with a refreshing fresh grape shake. Enjoy is a great guide to eating at all the best eating places in Manila.

ms_sunshin3: buy one get one free voucher is awesome! we enjoyed our Parmesan Crusted Fish Fillet and baked ravioli. what i didn't like was the service because the waiter who attended to us (Louie) forgot to give us the parmesan i asked and even forgot to give us water. had to ask another waiter again to get it for us. good thing, the voucher made eating there worthwhile!
