foodie!: UCC does not only serve good coffee but really good food in huge servings. Be prepared to spend quite a bit though. Voucher value is great since its 25 off the bill. Wished they had a card offer too.

ecocollector: We got the 200 peso off for spending 1,000 peso at UCC. The place is really nice and staffs are very attentive/friendly but the price is a bit high for the standard customer. I hope we get to see more discounts for the Enjoy card holder. UCC has it's own card for valued patrons but it is hard to get one since the package is complete 10 connoisseur cards within 3 months and you will receive a UCC Good Coffee Smile Gold Card which entitles you to UCC discounts - the card is good for a year only. I had a couple of tries for the card but with no luck, it seemed hard since the card is for coffee only and there is a limited time!

ecocollector: The UCC staff told me that we can only use the voucher and not the Enjoy card! Please check with the establishments with the tie up or discount thing. I am very dissappointed in what had happened, I do hope the Enjoy staff can clear this up! (Editor's note: There is no card offer for UCC as stated in the membership guidebook)

edvcebu: It was sorta disappointing because, I tried using the voucher and we(me and my friends)clarified it in the first place before ordering anything if they would accept it. then the waitress got the voucher and asked from her co-workers at the service counter downstairs then came back and said yes. then we proceeded to ordering.but as we asked for the bill and paid together with the voucher we were told that it was the first time that they've encountered someone using the voucher and that they couldn't process it and in turn refusing it. as a result i was left hanging as it was 25 off the bill. good thing they decided to give me a 20 off..but still it was a bad experience considering there were 11 of us waiting for the bill to be cleared.(Editor's note: An investigation into the event is being conducted)
