Hyphy's
Hyphy’s was the brain child of Chef Bruce, His Love for San Francisco from the sights, sounds and colors, he was trying to portray that part of his childhood. All the dishes in the menu tell a story about a special time in his life. Since Philippine culture and cuisine has always been a part of his life, he wanted to showcase dishes that he eats in San Francisco but at the same time giving it a Manila twist, make it more acceptable for everyday Filipino.
