Acclaimed as Cebu’s new breed of cake designers, Trina Ang Kokseng reinvigorated the customized cake scene back in 2006. A culinary graduate from Center for Asian Culinary Studies in Manila, Trina further honed her skill in the pastry side of the culinary arts with several courses in the Wilton School of Cake Decorating in Chicago, Illinois. Through the Cake Couture by Trina showroom in Banilad Town Centre, gourmet cupcakes in varieties such as Red Velvet, Cookies N Cream, Chocolate Cream, Choco-Nut, Double Chocolate, Vanilla, Peppermint Patty and Lemon Meringue are available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Take the weekend off and indulge your sweet cravings with a Cake Couture gourmet cupcake, made only with the finest ingredients in keeping with the Cake Couture guarantee
